I am Andrea Galizia, embedded industry business consultant, and all my life I have been a bit of a rebel.

I love when rogue engineers give up cushy corporate jobs to start companies. I live to help such companies tap into undiscovered niches, break into new markets, and launch successful hardware products.

The Embedded industry has been my bread and butter for more than 35 years

My background qualifies me for a leadership role: I am a former Business Developer,  Product Manager, Sales & Marketing Director, CBDO and CEO.

The trouble is that I lost all taste for corporate work. Bloated procedures, time-wasting meetings, and petty office politics is not something I was willing to put up with. Not anymore.

So I recently found myself facing a terrible choice: 

I could either spend the rest of my career at jobs that didn’t give me the freedom I required…

…or I could switch to another line of work and neglect the unique expertise I spent a lifetime building.

It’s only after helping out a few of my fellow entrepreneurs that I discovered a third alternative.

Within a year, three CEOs wrote to me with something like:

“Andrea, your advice was very helpful. Let’s do something serious. We want to grow.”

Over a long career that took me from Silicon Valley to Eastern Europe and many places in-between, I developed a 360-degree view of the business. I encountered almost every type of business problem, challenge and opportunity and learned from it.

After diagnosing my client’s problems I solve them in a way that will almost always include some degree of automation. 

Finally, my team executes day-to-day operations. Anything related to my client’s online presence, from website maintenance to content production to lead generation — my team has it covered.

My team and I helped several European, American, and Chinese clients to navigate complicated supply chains, to get their foot in the door with the right partners and distributors, and craft marketing messages that make people buy. 

After helping them expand their business, we are ready to onboard a new partner company.
